Masonic Lodge Bathroom Remodel (Winter 2018)

We were formally selected to completely remodel the bathrooms at the Masonic Lodge down in Kennebunk Port. The old bathrooms were very outdated and they wanted to modernize them while still keeping the antique charm of the building. Everyone at the lodge was very happy with the outcome, and we’re thankful for the opportunity to showcase what our capabilities are. Everything in the old bathrooms was removed including the walls; then re-framed the bathrooms 20% bigger. A section of the original wood floor was left in the hallway while the bathrooms got all new tile. We re-purposed two original wood doors, lots of mahogany trim and wainscoting, and matched the new trim close to the original stuff. Finished off with antique bronze accessories and fixtures, and two coats of colonial yellow for the walls.
